Privacy policy

What we collect

The only place this site asks you for information is the Book a demo form. If you use it, we collect what you type into it:

• your first and last name
• your work email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• the number of employees at your business
• the time clock or scheduling platform you use today, if any

Like any website, our hosting provider also records standard technical information when you load a page or submit the form, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not use that information to identify you and we do not combine it with what you put in the form.

The form also carries the address of the page you sent it from, and applies a hidden spam check that stores nothing about you.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes we will update this policy before it takes effect.

Why we collect it

To schedule your demo, to prepare for it, and to follow up with you about Clementime afterwards. If you ask us for a quote or a pilot, we use the same information to arrange it.

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional email or text messages because you asked for a demo. If we ever offer that, it will be a separate, unchecked choice and never a condition of getting a demo.

About your phone number: we use it to reach you about the demo you asked for. We will not send you marketing text messages without your separate, express written consent.

Where it goes and who can see it

When you submit the form, this website (hosted by Netlify) passes your request to a private team channel on Discord so that a person can pick it up and reply. Netlify and Discord act as our service providers and process this information on our behalf, for this purpose only. Only Clementime team members with access to that channel can see it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above who help us run this site and respond to you, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in contact with you about Clementime, and then delete them on request, including from the team channel they arrived in. If you ask us to delete your request at any time, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email richard@bustedopensolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Who this site is for

This site is for employers and people acting for them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We operate from California and do not target visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom; if you contact us from there, the same rights above apply.

Changes

If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
